The chalet has two units. A 2 ½ room apartment on the ground floor and a two story apartment made up of 4 rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.
It is located in a calm and sunny place with a very nice view.
The 2 ½ room apartment has a covered terrace, adjacent to the garden. The 4 room apartment has a balcony facing South – West. Behind the chalet is a garden (with terrace). In front of the chalet are three parking spaces.
